Just curious...What kinda mileage everyone's gettin outa their rear rubber? Admittedly, until my last one I'd only gotten about 2,500 at best. (Blame it on the burnouts) But this last one I did not a single burnout and still got only alittle over 8,000. Most of those 8 were fully loaded like pack mule but still seems alittle low. Also wonder whether the majority are still running Avons?

Thanks

Little over 8K on mine before changing. Most was 2-up w/touring bags on.
Could have gotten a few more miles out of it, but the flat area in the middle was starting to affect the handling.

I got over 20k on my Avon rear. No burnouts but lots of holeshots. Wear is pretty even and the tire actually looks pretty good, but it's got a very slow leak. I'm changing my wheels but no matter what I'd be due for a new one this winter. No idea why mine lasted so long.

20,000 MILES!!!!! ON A BIKE TIRE?? IS THAT 20K "TRAILORED" MILES? WOW!!

I put 9930 on my last tire and that's pretty good... BD Tampa was impressed. I think you may have a world record!

Wow!!!! I have so many customers who complain because of only getting 4 to 5 K miles out of a tire.

So many numbers here much higher than my customers get.

Someone should share the secrete!:2thumbs:

I got around 15000 on my last tire :whoop: Boys it all about tire pressure. I run around 30-35 lbs. in mine. Think about it if your runnen 42 lbs. it blows tire up more and less rubber on the gound and it wears faster :bang:

You guys are getting some wild milage out of your rear tires! I lucky to push 4000 out of the M880, but I do love those hole shots :whoop::whoop:

9500 miles and still have 6/32nds left measured as close to center as possible. I don't do a bunch of burnouts clearly. I enjoy the roll ons just as much. I always check my tires and run 42 psi.

Seems the 300 for whatever reason just don't get the high mileage of the 250 tire.

I've been averaging 20,000 miles or better on my three so far except for one that only got 500 miles. Front last a lot longer. On second one now with about 67,000 miles on the bike.

Interesting the choppers seem to always get twice to three times the Pitbull, Mastiff or Bulldog. I got 6,800 on the first tire and 4,600 the 2nd, maybe I can get another 1,000 miles. It is hard not too let rip everytime you ride or stop sign, red light, etc. It is just fxxking fun.
