My '05 Chopper (250 Avon rear) is 40 psi front and 40-42 psi rear.
I've always had a problem with a 5-8 psi drop in each tire (esp. the front) if I don't ride and the bike sits for a week. No nails or valve stem leaks, so it has to be a bad seal along the aluminum wheel. I just been pumping them back up and living with it this summer, as I'm planning to change out to Metzler's (going to their 260 in the rear) over the winter storage at the dealer's shop and he can make SURE the seal is right next time.
