thanks much....well noted....was just wondering what I would do when riding to work and parking in the back of the building or anywhere else for that matter....lol....

Anyone use lojak or any of those like systems??...is it worth doing that??

IMHO, the only way to really deter a professional thief is to invest in a chain or cable lock. Most of those guys get a panel truck with like 5 guys in it, they pull over and open the side door, pick the bike up and set it in the truck and drive off. The only way to slow that operation down is to lock your bike to something that doesn't move. ( like another bike or something stationary )

Even an alarm may not deter those guys.... It's better to park it where you can see it and lock it with a chain or cable lock. If you make it where someone elses bike is easier to get then, they'll get theirs and not yours.
