thunder heart led

morning all, having a little problem with starting my bike. well the mechanic is anyway. put in the harley dealership for handlebars and a masterclynder. anyway was in there yesterday and noticed when he was trying to start it the led on the thunder heart never came on. he had a charger on the battery so I know it wasnt lack of power. Any Ideas? thanks

let me clarify, it's my power plus ignition

That would make a guy think the module itself or the cam/crank sensor.

Yes I think it is wired wrong or a bad connection, but the mechanic told me it was coming on when he first went to start the bike. not sure how long he was cranking on it before I got there. but he didn't even know to push in the decompession buttons so I've lost all faith in him. mind you this is a certified harley shop!!
