Thunder Heart controller and some mods

So I have a question on the wiring of the new controller in reference to the front controls i.e. hi / low beam, turn signals, etc. I have eliminated the start , coil / ignition power, comp. release etc. from the controller. I will post pics with a description shortly. This IMO is the way to do the functions required to start / run the bike even if the controller dies.
My question is about the wiring between the input / output of the TH and the wires coming from the L/R hand controls. Anyone have a direct wiring list for this integration? I have the momentary / latch module also and that does not seem to help. Anyone have some lessons learned to share?
Thanks

The bike is now up and running with the TH controller via some creative circuitry. I have most all of the functionality with the exception of a couple of items. More detailed info. to follow.

It is just temporary

In a nutshell, this is how I made the TH Controller work:
• Starter and compression release hard wired through a 30 amp temporarily closed switch. This completely isolates this circuit from the TH.
• The ground wire for the turn signals on each switch actually has +12 vdc and the colored wire for each respective switch now provides the voltage to the command leads on the TH. No high beam as the new LED bulb should be plenty of light. No longer need run, start, or stop buttons as all power is switched via a 30 amp toggle switch.
• Brake lights actuated by rear brake pressue switch that applies +12 Vdc to the brake command input of the TH.
• Horn is the same concept as the turn signals.
This configuration gives me everything I need and has nothing that is required to get home except the headlight and I may hard wire that at a later date.

Is that black box the 30 amp start toggle? Or is it mounted on the side?

Just curious how you start it, is power on when key is turned then push button to start and key off to kill?

No, those are the 30 amp circuit breakers. The main power switch is right in the open area close to the oil tank lid. The push button start switch is near there also.

Wow... good ideas there! Love our bikes but frustrated from the electrical systems as of the last two years on my 05.... Ran perfect then two years ago switched to PDM system... mistake,,, gone through 2 of those and now onto KMW setup... working through that right now...
Nice writeup
