Throttle Set Up Help?

Installed new chrome controls from BDM, lined all throttle cables up, installed new board for the controls, now my throttle seems to be rubbing on something. When I open the throttle it's very slow to close? I've taken the front controls off and checked for and wire interference, everything seems good.

Any suggestions would be appreciated guys.

One more thing, anyone install a Pingle Petcock?

Try taking the tension off the return cable and see if that helps.

If you get both to tight it puts the system in a bind.

Also make sure the throttle grip is not pushed on to far that it is binding on the end of the handlebars....

good call on the end of the bars,also make sure the wire for the brake light is not rubbing or catching

lightly greese the bar before installing the grip..
