Throttle / idle cable

Just went to put on some new grips and realized that the idle cable is frayed at the grip. Does anyone know how long the 08 Mastiff EFI idle cable is. Really don't want to go to the Harley dealer and match it up. Rather get it on line from one of our own....thanks.

Use a piece of string measure the cable housing to find out the length you have. I have a couple of sets that I bought from shovelhead that are anywhere from 29 to 32 inches and they work seem to work fine for me. If you need just one cable and its the same length as spare one I have you are welcome to it. I had cut one cable to use with the Big AIR PSI carb on which I used one cable only and I think that is a 29 or 30 don't remember. Let me know if what I have will works for you I'll ship it to you. :2thumbs:
