I'm with you. I just got good news today as well, BDM is taking care of my tranny. And the best part is you hear all the time about BDM "stepping up to the plate" and in many cases "above and beyond". Love my bike; great dealer and strong factory support. Hats off to BDM........well done, well done.

Reading the good and bad stories of BDM warranty work leads me to believe it's the dealership that truly makes the difference. When I read these positive stories, it seems like it's the Tampa, FL dealership or the Tulsa, OK dealership.

I'm just saying... :2thumbs:

I know alot of people deal directly with the factory, but I give my dealer the credit. I have to agree with you that the dealer seems to make a big difference. And, BDM seems to recognize the good dealers, and supports them.
