Today I am riding in traffic the bike just dies starts and stalls like it is out of gas. I check and see gas in the tank think it is good (a little low) get the bike to a gas station fill it and what do you know it starts right up! got the bike to my sons football practice and one of the dads noticed gas pouring out from the gas caps (not stock) made sure to snug the cap down problem fixed. After practice the bike will not start had someone push me and got the bike started. Drove home checked the battery 12.4 V. going to charge the battery overnight and see what happens I have been gone for over a month and a 1/2 and asked the "lady" to put the bike on charge "so I am thinking she has a listening problem" LOL

Make sure the gas cap is venting maybe??
I have a great wife, as I am sure yours is but I never , ever ask her to do anything in the garage. If it gets done wrong I can just blame myself. It makes for a better relationship too. :D

I put a new battery in my Ridgeback the other day, and it is like a new bike. Just as a general note, never under estimate the weird things a battery in poor, or failing condition, will do to a BDM.
