Update: Got the handlebars and triples off. Disassembled the front caliper and stopped by Pairadice Paint to check out the progress. Also had to drop off the forks to a Harley shop unfortunately. I tried everything to get the dust caps off. They definitely got red loctite on them. I have my fingers crossed they don't f*ck anything up. Also having them mount tires on the new wheels.

Got it all back together at the beginning of July. Only hiccups I had was the new pulley won't work due to spacing, might try to see if a machinist can make it work over the winter, and had to have custom rear spacers made. I do have some belt squeak that I need to remedy and just a few days ago my brake lights are permanently on now (assuming it's the rear brake sensor on the rear caliper).

Who made your wheels? Also, J&P cycles sell spacers of different sizes. just a thought. Great looking paint.

After seeing all of your pictures, all i can say is ....WOW Im jealous!! Your wheels just looks perfect for your bike and that paintjob is definitely Awesome!! Thanks for putting together your experience and pictures of your bike project. BTW, I have the same mirror as yours on my K9. Again...killer awesome bike! :cheers::2thumbs:

Millennium Machine & Tool, alot of them are former Big Dog workers. They are the wheels that would have come on a 2010 K9. Had a pain of time to get it to work. Ended up using original hubs and had to shave down the squish tube.
