BRAND NEW 2020/21 VERSION FOR FITMENT ON BIG DOG MOTORCYCLES UPGRADED PAIR OF ELECTRICAL/BATTERY COVERS FOR 2005-2007 PITBULL & 05-11 RIDGEBACK.
As we have learned, the original ones from the factory molds are notorious for breaking at the tabs and this should be the last set you should ever have to buy!
At HDM with our continued focus on quality and improvements, we decided to NOT use the factory molds we have which is a legacy 20+ year old technology (they break anyways). Instead we had these re-engineered & 3D-Printed with a greater tensile & shear strength plastic than the original molds. We even took it a step further and to ensure they last as long if not longer than the bike will, they are reinforced with a heavy-duty thick side cover insert (skeleton) which your mounting bolts directly into the threaded assembly.
This should be the last set of side covers you will ever have to buy! See pictures with these upgraded size covers with zero flex or stress with an >11lb starter on it.
THESE ARE ASSEMBLED ON A FRAME FOR A HIGH-QUALITY FITMENT STANDARD & PRIMED, READY TO TAKE TO YOUR PAINTER!
