Anyone have this. Local dealer just got it in. Little pricey, but a ggreat throttle control device.

Good product, but!

50 Boys makes a good product, however, I believe you have to send your controls to them to be fitted for your Big Dog (not positive though).

Before you pay the $199.00 plus labor to install, take a look at my product, Cruise-Mate Motorcycle throttle lock cruise control, very simple, yet effective, throttle control at about 25%the cost of 50 Boys

As you can probably see a lot of the guys on the forum have installed it and virtually all love the product.

If you don't feel confident installing Cruise-Mate yourself, your dealer will most likely install for under 1 hr labor. In many cases when a customer brings a Cruise-Mate in to be installed the dealer likes the product so much they call me to become a dealer.

If you install Cruise-Mate and don't like it I'll buy it back and give you $20.00 for your trouble. Sorry, can't afford to pay dealer labor if you have it installed.

Yes, I've got the throttler on my K-9. I like it a lot especially because it allows you to click up and down while it is engaged. Each click represents 2 mph. It is pricey. I have not seen the cruise-mate but I'm sure it must work or everybody wouldn't be buying it would they?

I would be scared of dirt and water getting into the ratchet action and locking up or breaking.

Another happy Cruise Mate owner. It allows you to lock the throttle, but still allow for movement if you need to crank it down or even up. Depending on the adjustment, you can easily give it a little bump and adjust for the speed.

Tom makes an excellent product and regardless of the cost, the product is very well made, looks good and works excellent. Enjoyed the hell out of today on about 200 miles of highway cruising.
