Is it true that the new rule is that if you throw down the old one you still win?

A coin is a coin, old or new they work the same way!

There's a "rule" about a tie being broken by who had the most senior coin... but that's a military thing. If you had a standard unit coin and I tied you with a coin given to me by a 2 star admiral, I win. So, in theory I would say the bronze bdb coins woulda be senior to the new nickel coins, and would win a tie.

Between having it on a key ring with the house keys and then being thrown into the pile of keys for all of the different vehicles it has gotten beaten up.
