I frequent so said base very often because of DEPOT Partnering through the company I'm employed with and it's heavy populated with DOD employees. I've seen this happen before when visiting. It kinda shocked me too seeing this, especially on a military installation. I agree with the masses, it's not right!

The bitch is, the perp has rights. Push is battery. Hit is assault. You push him off the bike, that is battery and he can press charges. Yes or no, did you push the perp off your bike? Think about it. Law does not give a shit... Can I say law here?

No he got off.... I was just so pissed that I just started
The bike and drove off. It's like people know what they can get away with and push it to the limits....I cannot afford to stab someone in the neck for stupid shit. But there are many ways to get back, im not gettig stupid and jep my job but next time. I'm pretty sure the scratches on the tank from a belt buckle weren't there and that's damage to personal property. Im slowly learning how to play the base game...sometimes it's all you can do, believe be I defenantly do prefer fists.

Touching my scoot is like touching my woman. Not a good idea.

I had an idiot flood the carberator twisting the throttle till my friend caught him. Let's just say he won't be twisting any throttles anymore!
I like the way you think.
Fuck the politically correct bullshit that's your bike. First thing out of my mouth would be....get the fuck off my bike before I knock you off. Second ask the dick what his major malfuncion is:angry:

OK so I paid the price to learn this the first time, but after that I learned my lesson and two times (only) afterwards over several years the following approach worked for me. Here's the clue...

If you catch somebody doing sumthin' stoopit like this (best), or if you got witnesses who did (and you can confirm with them that said witnesses will say so in court), then unless the offenders are total pussies (which you can make sure everybody knows about if needed, especially at work), then the deal is done. Over. Finished.

Simply call them out... Get up in their face- talk about their mothers, sisters, daughters, even worse if you can think of any vile stuff that will drive them over the edge... Get creative, it can be fun! Drive them to the point that they swing at you first- in fact, I can take a pretty good hit so both times after the first I let them land the first shot. After that, it's self defense... :)

Now you can't do this, like, "days later" (I'm told), it has to be done at the time that the morons do what they do- but if you can get the idiots to take a swing at you first it's all up to you. What a country!

I know most of you guys could get real creative in making that happen... would be interested to hear what you said to them to drive it to that point, lol.

You can beat the piss out of him. you tell the cops he was on your bike and you thought he was stealing it. Happened to my buddy years ago. Some Jerkoff was on his bike and my buddy walked up to him and and told him to get the fuck off. Then when the guy was clear of the bike my buddy beat the piss out of this guy.

I'd give him a couple of rights and maybe even a left. :D

I like tattoirish's idea. Act as if the dude was trying to steal it.

In Texas you may have been able to get away with shooting the guy. You are protecting your personal property!

Just find out what he drives and let yourself in and enjoy lunch behind the wheel on your next lunch break....hmmmm...perhaps a leisurely after-meal smoke after you're finished (with the windows rolled up). And don't worry bout the crumbs.

Cannot shoot someone for property here in Utah..... They consider it replaceable. Hell they just dropped the law that says a criminal can sue you in civil court If he is in your house and you shoot him and don't kill him by some chance. Unbelievable?

I'll keep my guns and you keep your change....

That's crazy. I mean is this person some brainy nerd type who obviously has no idea or social skills? That's crazy to just throw a leg over someone's bike without permission.
Well, one time me and Superfly were riding in Daytona, and Superfly went to the shitter, and I waited in the parking lot of the bar, and.....

At work I would have told him to "GET THE FUCK OFF MY BIKE"........ If it wasn't at work, I'd drag his ass off the bike and pound him. No different then someone being disrespectful to me any where else.

Even my friends dont sit on my bike without asking.

Better yet, get one of the XENA bike alarms with the 130 db alarm. We have a group buy going on here. Would be the last time he sits on your bike.

I would have to have called the Base Police. This is vandalism. As for someone on your bike: I have had friends ask if they can take my dog for a spin? My reply is simple, No problem take it for a spin, BUT while your gone inform your wife, while your riding my bike, I'll be riding her! Message is usually recieved with a " OH never mind"! Though there has been a few friends I would have offered a good long ride on the BD to get a couple of hours with there wife.

Last year I was in MB for a conference and took my K-9 with me. I was staying at a really nice hotel and they were nice enough to let me park it in an area of the garage near the valet so they could sort of watch out for it. I went down one morning to go for a ride and the valet said he had to ask two different people to not sit on the bike and take pictures. He knew I was the owner and was giving a good lookout. I tipped him big at the end of the week.
