If your spending more than this you are just wasting money.

That's the one to get. If you need one in a pinch, O'Reilly auto sells the same on (with their brand on it, same mfg) for about $110. I've gotten two there and can attest to their value. I will caution everyone to NOT get some cheap Amazon knockoff or really anything with a black housing. You want a Braille, Deka, Harley etc. with the grey housing. I screwed up and went the 'cheaper' route and got one from Chrome Battery on Amazon and the POS shorted out and smoked my EHC leaving me stranded on a long ride. And as always, keep them plugged into a tender on 'life support' to get a good 5 years out of them.

I have bought the $200 batteries and I have bought the $87 batteries, on a tender or not on a tender after two years when trouble starts they all need replaced.

I thought there were some controversy that was hashed out here over the lithium batteries and issues?
My understanding is lithium batteries have come a long way. Supposedly they don’t explode anymore and send your man-sausage to the dog food factory. Personally I like my dick and am afraid of those evil batteries. btw they do need a special wall charger.

Been running the Antigravity battery for five years--no problems and I don't normally have it on a Tender. As mentioned the Lithium batteries take a different trikle chargers from AGM if you decide you need them.

From what I've seen and read, the lithium batteries 'overall' are much better than the lead-acid ones.
