We need to start getting a head count (with names) as well.
I've got a project in mind and will need attendee info the sooner the better.

Count me in, from what I understand we have some new people coming too. At least 2 from St. Louis. Was coming down Thursday 18th, thinking of changing that Tuesday the 16th, checking into that tomorrow. Have room at the Colonial Inn in Camden, with 2 Queen beds, and only me staying right now. So may have room for another person. room is $115 a day, so that would be $57.50 a day.

HMAN -- explain to the Dr that you have a cooking schedule that has been in place for years now and he needs to work around it!

Speaking of MastifDave's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. We need to start thinking about Meal Menu for each of the event days during the week.

Also, a headcount to determine the tonage of food we will possibly need with potential numbers of 70 people attending according to Shake N Bake.

I will be providing a meal of bratwurst from Wisconsin and the fixings for one night
