Speed variable volume is your friend, too.

That way as you speed up the volume increases, but more importantly as you come to a stop you are not blasting yourself out.

Here is the link to the software radio update. I check it about every quarter.
Browser Update Required

The secret to the upload is to not start with the CD in the radio. Do all the steps and then put the CD in when the radio asks for it. If I start with the CD in the player, it fails on the second upgrade.

This is the place for maximum sound:

This place will help you get the most out of the stock system:

Have fun with it.

Poor Baby - not enough variety from your pre-recorded tunes... :job:

I seem to recall someone ragging on ME - 'bout the windshield on my K9... :hi:

I don't remember the exact quote from the BDOG days, but...
"Cutter seemed like an alright guy - too bad he won't be riding with us anymore..." - or something like that.

I do remember having to put that damn windshield back on every time I rode with you or Al...

Over the last couple of years, you have given us plenty of ammunition (conversation :D) for future "get togethers"...  :2thumbs:   :whoop:

Chris! WHERE'S THE TRAILER HITCH?? WHERE'S THE TRAILER??

Actually I'm serious. Here's a trailer on a Heritage Springer (just like mine) and I WANT ONE!

Shovelcowboy:cheers:

BTW, VERY Nice Bikes but IMHO you should RIDE them and quit messin' with them before you F--k something up, and INVALIDATE your warranty (which would be easy to do with ALL them BELLS AND WHISTLES).

I decided that a busy guy keeps said guy's mind sharp... aka... I just wanted to keep my mind on other things that bring me joy.

So I had a few mins and tore into the front fairing to add in the electical for the light bar.

So buttoned it all up, with the new light bar, the 4" shorty black windshield and a 2 pocket setup to boot.

I really like the front end of this bike... its looking good IMO

I never liked the two pocket W/S bags. The pockets are not big enough to put sun glasses in.

I went with he single big W/S box. It is not listed as a SG compatible product, but it fit perfectly with the top of it right at the top of the windshield.

Later, I did swap out to a 1" taller black opaque windshield so you could not see the bag through the windshield.

Only issue I have with the blacked out shield is that when riding in a group, I have to back off a bit to see the other bikes tail lights. (maybe five feet)
