Don't get the 110" kit. They are still trying to figure out how to make them live.

103" seems to be the tried and true at this point.

I might have my 117" finally figured out, but it has had 4 rebuilds in 7k miles. It is in the shop right now for a re-ring. The pistons and rings look good, but the cylinders have slight scoring.

I have 14% leak down and I am puking oil out the breathers.

Nice updates Gramps.
Yep... figured on that! Thanks!

And I'm going to try to leave the motor alone. I'm really not going to do any big displacement change. That is for certain! As alhall told me, it just takes too much money to make it perform like a scalded dog.

Nope... we just converted her mods from her last one to this one... plus its a more stripped down bike (compared to the ultra)

A couple days later after I found this... they finally got a tag on it. $24,495...
Dealership says they have tons of guys wanting to buy it, but HD finance is giving them crap for any non-hd, and the credit unions won't finance anything over blue book $19k. So the buyer would need everything over $19k plus the tax, title, plates. Further supposetly if its still there at the end of the month some guy is coming in with cash. The other people also come in and want the bike bad... tell the finance guy "sure I haven't paid my mortgage in 6 months but I want this bike!".

But the bigger kick... look at the price drop! Nearly $4k off sticker

This just in:

The bike sold Friday.

Hopefully the new owner logs in here. I wrote the website all over the inside of the box of stuff that went with the bike.
