I can't honestly think of any special tool needed to put it on...

What is it they call for?

Dave... next on the agenda for your scoot... when we have some time...

Pull the speedo bucket...
pull the programming port plug and felt over to eliminate the fogging.
Waterproof spray the tach board
shrink wrap/waterproof the connections in there

Then dive into the lower wiring harness connectors and do those as well.

kirk.....I pointed that out to Gas also......but we didn't use the tool.....tank came off pretty easy....just had to pull towards rear of bike to take it off...then push towards the front to put it on
