Just got back from TN. Worth the 8 hr drive each way to get my bike serviced right the first time. :2thumbs:

Got my clutch adjusted, fluids changed, rear swingarm adjusted (Belt was rubbing on tire). Got to do some riding in the Appalachian and Great Smoky Mountains, Beautiful.

Only people I let touch my bike besides the factory BDM guys. :2thumbs:

If you guys ever need anything done to your bike, they treat you right.

#1 in customer service, Sales and Service.

They do a bunch of chrome work for people during the winter months, drop your bike off and they will take it apart and have the parts chromed, then put them back on. Reasonable rates.
All you got to do then, Pick up and and go.

Duane and Cycle City rock!! I got my K-9 from him and had him do a cam swap and head work prior to delivery. I am very pleased with the deal and the bike. I even got the bike delivered to PA for free. Duane is a cool dude and a pleasure to deal with.

I buy parts from Joe there. Now he is not real computer savvy, so email is not a great way to correspond with him, but call him and he will take good care of you! :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

But I'm betting he isn't near as pretty as other parts people that frequent this site!
