Hello Big Dog Riders -
First and foremost, thanks to all of you for your support. I enjoy reading your forum, threads, and posts. It provides great insight to what we (at the factory) are doing right and, truthfully, what we are doing wrong. It's your voice that will ensure Big Dog Motorcycles' stays at the top of the high performance, high style motorcycle niche (especially in this changing economy). All of you have realized what I hope thousands more will realize in the future: The pure awesomness of riding a Big Dog.
I particularly thank you for the many welcomes to the site (I will strive to be a regular participant), your input on what we should design, and for the hundreds of responses to my long survey. Believe me, this will be so useful as we focus on future product development. And for those who mentioned it: You will only receive future e-mails from BDM if you were selected to participate and if you have signed up on our website for e-communications. I did not use this forum for building a customer database. Nor will your information go past the computers of myself and our research company in Wichita (well, except for Sheldon).
This was also a great exercise for bike owner-company relationships that I hope to continue to strengthen and tap into again. And if you're willing to share, I seek your continued input on product, bikes, marketing, accessories, heck, even our clothes, etc. and I will pass along your input on other areas (technical, manuals, and more to the proper departments. But don't wait for my posts: post a message and I'll try to respond as quickly as I can.
Thanks again for all your great support of BDM. Ride safe.
