Now the question is, what took longer? The stop at the store for the items or the setup for the picture? My bet it took longer to get everything setup for the picture than the goods from the store...lol

Well @mastiffdave and @EZ Dog i was driving fence post to put up a sign and look who came out to see me.....yep Mr.Copperhead....25 1/2" long with 1 3/4 girth....bring the judge mastiff dave...i just went and got mine out to carry for the season

I would like to know exactly where he was so I don’t even look at the area. I ain’t scared of anything but those critters make me scream like a little girl and tear up a lot of crap on my way out of the county. on A serious note I have seen 10 times as many of mr no neck as I usually do and don’t understand It. Don’t actually think those (I can’t say it) things are a biblical plague but it seems like that what’s it’s like this year.

i really hope his family stays away from the south shed..

Interesting you say that. In Louisiana at The Farm I have seen 10x the amount of snakes as normal. Not complaining most have been salt & pepper king snakes but quite a few copperheads. A couple of black snakes and even a southern pine snake. What I hate are the big fucking cotton mouths.

Keep in mind that getting caught killing any snake in TN will get you a stiff fine, best not to advertise it.

I hate cotton mouths too and we got a fuck ton of them here...alot of copperheads and alot of rattle snacks too.....but way more cotton mouths....this time of year i go no where on the farm without my bond arms 410/45....and a judge in both of my trucks....i actually bought another judge yestrrday over the phone i got to go pick it up in the morning

With regrets that Linda and I will not be attending as Dean my co-worker is still out on disability and may not be able to work until late summer or early fall. We were considering of leaving Thursday night and arriving Friday late afternoon and leaving Tennessee early Sunday morning so I could be back for work Monday morning. It is about 18-20 hours driving one way. You all have a great time and with a bit of luck I should be in Arkansas this fall to check out Mastiff Dave's new homestead.

I bought a Public Defender a few yrs back that I keep with me when I’m on the farm. Same as a Judge but smaller. The Judge holds 3” and the Public Defender 2 1/4 only. I like #6 shot
