Have an 07 Mastiff. Came with the Jester wheels. Just bought a Metzeler ME 880 XXL 300/35R-18 to replace my Avon Venom 300/35-R18. BDMPP website says wheel fits Avon 300 or Metzeler 280.

WTF? Metzeler 280 not a 300. Tell me that is a typo! Seeing how they misspelled Metzeler I am hoping so.

They may have said 280 as the older 300 Metzlers have an issue with rubbing on the belt. Since they have corrected the problem. Look at the width of the rim and see what Metzler recommends for the width. I do believe you'll be fine..

A 300 / 35 is the same regardless of brand - I went from Avon to Metlzler many years ago. Having said that, the Metzler is a red cunt hair wider - might just barley kiss your belt, but it will wear in :)

Been associated with engineering measurements for many years and never heard of that one!!! I'll have to make a note and determine if it's metric or english, who knows, may be the same in either system!!!

I have a 300 Metz on mine and I think I have a brown hair of clearance, and for those of us that have nothing to do and actually measured a brown hair its .002 :lol:
