I was wondering if I can purchase the support bearing for my inner primary at your local Harley Dealer. The picture below shows 2 examples of bearings, the one to the right is what mine looks like....I have 26K miles on my scoot

Guess I will just have to go down to the Harley Dealer with a set of calipers (measuring device) and ask....good thing is they stock a large inventory of parts...bad thing is I tell them it's for a Big Dog and all the sudden they dont want to help...:argue:

Just write down the part number on the outer race. FC675711 ??? That should be all you need to find or cross reference it unless you get a parts person who doesn't have much experience. Good Luck!

Thanks brothers for the input... I will probably tear it down this weekend and press out the old bearing...run it down to the HD shop see if they have one in stock....If they dont I will just order one....it's the down time that I hate...

Like BB says, bearing shop will have all the bearings you need cos you have ref numbers on them and they will be fraction of the price.....
