What is the best tool for tappet screen removal. how to clean and reinstall...?

I think I know but lookinmg for the proper procedure..

How to remove without knualing up the screw, how tight should the scew be? etc...

Try the Motion Pro Tappet tool 12.59 use with socket wrench. here is a link.

Remove screw with tappet tool.
Carefully remove with needle nose pliers note screen and spring place ment
I clean with brake cleaner or carburator cleaner
place screen (open end down then spring on top)
clean o ring on screw
install screw with tappet tool and torqu to 120 inch lbs
