Tappet Screen Install - Tappered End Goes Up, Right?

This shows these two photos.

spring goes over the screen so the flat end (square side) of the screen is up, ring side down, spring over that. Just as it shows in the second photo, but slide the spring over the screen.

I bought a tappet tool to help unscrew the tappet nut. Works great.
