Does anyone know whether or not a Jesse james villian tank will mount up to an 05 Chopper frame without mods to the frame/mounts?

purely guessing but I wouldn't of thought so - may need to get your grinder and welder out!

Chances are your going to have to move your mounts. Just call them up and ask what the distance is between the mounts. Moving your's would be pretty easy if you know someone who can weld, you can't see under there anyway so you wouldn't have to worry too much about screwing up the paint on your frame.

More than likely your going to have to remove the existing tank bung .. check in the How-To's as I think GAS did this. Good Luck!! remember to use a vented cap!
