Tail pack?

Does any one have any pix's of how the touring tail bag attaches to the back rest and luggage rack? I am thinking about getting one or attempting to use an Oakley backpack.

Not sure what your asking. I have used both a T-Bag and a Saddle men bag and they have the appropriate straps yo attach to your sissybar

You pack to ride to a Rally like this:

Once you're there, your wife tells you to get all that crap off your bike including the sissy bar and rack so your bike looks like this

It's in the tent bag....I think! Where did I put that damn sink? The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I stopped every 130 to 150 miles for gas so I didn't have to carry an extra can of gas like Raywood needs to....:roll::roll: A real space saver tip for you. Oops, did I say that? :D

Wait a minute, I remember now. I used the ice bag for my Cool Vest that I am wearing! Texas isn't so hot when you are being cooled by ice water. :whoop:

I drilled small holes thru backing plate into sissy bar on both sides, so I could use the straps over the top of backing plate to hold everything off the fender.

i put bar on with hard roll pack with the handle hanging over the bar top, straps back to tail lights. then get there, bar off with 50 cal's in place.

That answers my question.. I have a short sissy bar so from the looks of this I need a taller one. 12 to 18". And a luggage rack. I was hoping someone made a tail bad that would fit on the shorty sissy bar and not rub on the back fender.

Thankz.

I used a leather bag with top bag and put it over an 18 inch sb with the back luggage rack. Either a 12 or 18 will work with typically a 12 on the prostreet type and 18 on the rake one like K9, but it does not matter, both will work.

Here is pic of my 05 Mastiff loaded up from my last long road trip in late Oct.
