Can anyone tell me what this is?

Is your tag light out? The bulb is what is called a light fuse bulb. If you need one, I have a few

My 03 Pitbull had that fuse type light. First time I ever seen that.

Old stereo equipment used this type of bulb. I found them on stereo web site. I hooked the Kaptin up with them, so he should have some in stock. I have a few, because I still have a few 03's come through my shop.

The next time I have one in my shop, I need to see if the LED tag light will bolt up in there. I'm thinking it should.

I`ve torn the whole oem harness out. Some mexican had f...cked it all up. You almost couldnt see the battery from all the wires when pulling the seat off. Tons of split onto splits onto splits with no soldering etc. And alot of shit not working.
Installing an Ultima + as we speak.

Th LED light almost bolts right up.
You will need the small plastic spacer
