Synthetic Oil

I know this has subject has been beat over and over, but I don't have a question, only a comment. I have just switched to mobil 1 20w50 on my '05 Ridge. I have 6200k and have always used the standard Harley 20/50 conventional oil along with a Harley Evo oil filter. After 600 miles or so with conventional oil, it's already black so I go ahead and change it. I can't imagine going 3000 miles on these bikes before changing the oil. They certainly don't burn as clean as a typical 4 stroke in an automobile. After switching to the synthetic, I know for sure my bike is more powerful. It ran smoother, cooler, and it just felt like it pulled harder than usual. I don't think it was my imagination at all. I know this because when riding I will usually get the tach flashing for just a second or two every other stoplight every time I ride. I know it's a low idle warning, but it's just on the fence because it will only happen for a second or two and quits. After the oil switch to Syn. the idle RPM has risen. I don't know exactly how much the idle went up, but it went up, I can hear it. No low idle warning since I have switched oils. That's proof right there that it's slicker and has less resistance. When I got back last night from a late night ride, I could put my hand on the oil filter when I shut it down. It was a little hot, but not like it usually is. I should have made this switch long ago. This is some good stuff.

I was actually poking a little fun at you. Everyone swears by it on here. I may have to switch finally.
