How do they mount?

The tall side has two loops, one top and one bottom, and the short side has one loop. You could use paracord to tie them wherever is convinient according to how you want them placed to ride on your bike. Or, as I did in the pictures, use cable zip ties. Or whatever you wanted to use through those loops on the bags.
