swapping 3" forward controls 2003

I am going to swap forward control plates etc with another member. I need the 3" extended and he needs the stock.

Both bikes are 2003's.
I searched and cant find the exact list of parts we need to remove to complete the swap.

Is this a complete list? Or what do you recommend?
transmission shift rod
brake hose to rear caliper
left side plate
right side plate
rear master cylinder actuator rod
What do you think?

If I remember correctly you need the.
Longer shift rod.
brake hose extension.
right plate and left plate.

When I ordered the extension kit Thunderheart when I had my 03 it just came with the two plates and the shift extension. Brake line will be fine but you may have to change the routing a bit.

Well we shipped each other the linkage, brake line, and both plates. We both just reshipped out brake lines back to each other. Ours were set up differently. I put everything else back together and will be watching for the UPS guy tomorrow. It fits soooo much better for my short ass legs. I am sure Brad will feel the same when he gets the extensions on.

Does anyone have stock 2003 forward control plates for a Mastiff?

Just bought this bike and they seem to be extended billet plates?
