Supposed Right Side Drive Pipes being sold on FleaBay

Energy One
Has anyone purchased these exhaust pipes from FleaBay for their 05 and Up Big Dog?
I am talking about in the last few years. Not 8 or more years ago.
If you have did you manage to get them to fit?
Did they give you your money back if they didn't fit?
I've tried 3 different sets on 3 different BDs and they do not fit properly.
I can force the pipes in place but that isn't going to work.
The pictures make it sort of look like they fit but they don't.
I have a 06 K9 that has this same company's original pipes like these that actually match the pictures they are using on EBay.
But the vendor states they stopped making them that way over 8 years ago.
Those pipes fit correctly.
The new pipes do not match those older pipes even though they claim they are exactly the same.
The rear pipe is about 1.5" shorter at the exhaust mount end and the mounting tab is about 3/4" above their trans mount they send with it.
The front pipe sticks straight out way too far. You can see the front pipe is right up against the downtube which is going to burn the powder coat.
In addition to all that they use the V&H style mounts now instead of the spring clamps like the pictures show.
I hate the V&H clamps because they inevitably break off.
Vendor and FleaBay are refusing to refund my money now.

yes, I have 2 sets at the house at the moment, mine will fit the bagger. I actually had a set on the bagger last year before putting the ambush pipes on. But the front pipe doesnt look like that and I bought one of the sets from ebay within the last 3 years and the other set I bought off a guy who use to have a k9 with them on them, but never installed myself because they were a little pitted and rusty looking. They have the springs for the heat shields also.

I have used them on right side drive and yes I noticed they where to close to the down tube..i put heat wrap on them to keep it from.hurting the powder coat and them put the shields back on.. I did not use them bracket they sent with the exhaust... I made a offset bracket to connect the tabs on the exhaust together to hold them ridged with each other and let them float not mounted to anything else and didn't not have a problem but like you.are saying it's not right for a right side drive but I made them work...

The old style they are talking about was called "Razor exhaust" which we both know was a knock off of the Martin Brothers for a 1/4 of the price... the razor exhaust did mount up way better but like you said these they sell now do not for a right side drive
