What jets do you guys recomend for a 117 with Super G . Hooker Troublemakers and 90 degree 4 1/2" foward facing open velocity stack? I have 76 and 35 jets in it now. The Troublemakers are just like the V&H Big Radius pipes and have the baffles in them. When I install the velocity stack it stumbles really bad. You can here it sucking in huge amounts of air. Any suggestions?

Ok, where did you get a .035 jet? S&S doesn't make them. Did you have someone cut one for you?
I would pull the bowl and first double check what you have. When you got your V&H (if you got them from BDM) they would have come with a 31/76 combo.
I doubt there is any differences with the pipes so the issue must be with the carb and THAT velocity stack. Did you pull the carb and manifold to change it? If so check for a intake leak and if you pulled the carb ensure you have the insulator block installed properly.
Also there is a notice on there instruction sheet posted on there website that says to remove the bowl vent if you are running a velocity stack! Did you do that?
Then tell us where it stumbles. Idleing, slow speed, fast speed, while shifting.
Need more info and find out what jets you have in it.
