I spent some time reviving my bike after allowing it to sit for several months. I replaced the speedometer, PCB hand controls, had to get it re-jetted. Now its running nicely except for at high speeds 60-70 mph and above. I experience jerking. Does any have any ideas what is causing this. Thanks

Anywhere from fouling plugs and/or too rich causing a stumble/jerking. Grab choke. If it's worse [jerking wise] then it's too rich. If runs better with choke then too lean.

I plan to replace to plugs and get new cables. I wanted to change the color anyways. How would I know if it wasn't the transmission slipping or something bad like that. Thanks

main jet my be off.
I brought to the shop and they went up a size I think on the main jet. I spoke to the mechanic who wasn't quit sure what it was. I guest because all the other problems I had was related to the main jet. Thanks

Well you could drop the bowl and unscrew the main jet and see what size it is. If there not sure what they replaced, you should check it. Main I think should be a 76?
