Storing Mastiff winter question

HI,
I have my mastiff in a garage with no heat. I covered
the bike with the Big dog cover, placed two wand heaters
below and also jacked the bike up,fuel stabilizer added to tank and on a battery tender. Can someone please tell me will any damage happen because of the cold? NYC temps. Also any suggestions can be helpful.
I will not start up until spring.

Whoooooh .... cool pic software .... what are you using to display those cool pix? As for the damage you might need to invest in a pair of training wheels in the spring. jk ...
We are only about 55 degrees here in Cottonwood. Man it's cold! :D

Welcome to New York! as long as there is no chance of getting wet your all set bro. I have lived in the snow belt for 45 years and a man would go BROKE heating everything that mattered in his life... I would not heat it with ur warmer`s as it will cause moisture... leave it cold.. plug in your battery and call it good...

Sounds like you did it all right.
Just one small suggestion:
I do just what you did but I start my bikes every
30 days. Let the engine warrm up to 180 F, then a few
short revs. Then back to hibernation on a battey tender
for another 30 days.

thats the worse thing you can do...unless your riding it:nono:
thats not enough to get all the moisture out and then your just going to build condensation heating the motor up and then it gets cold.....
check out this thread....

I take my battery in the house, jack up the bike, and cover it. No fuel stabilizer, no warmers, and definitely do not start it unless I'm tuning or riding.

I don't do the fuel stabilizer. In the Spring I drain the tank down to where there's just enough to get to the gas station and the old gas gets used in the lawn mower.

Been riding Harley's and now a K-9 since the late 70's and never had a problem. Well, that's not exactly true... one year I was told I should drain the gas completely. All that did was dry out the gaskets in the carb. Leaked like a bitch!!! :D

I change the oil, jack off the ground, plug battery into tender, add Stabil to tank and run in to get additive into fuel lines and carb. Then pull plugs and spray fogging oil into engine. Cover and let sit till spring.

Silica Gel

Seems everyone does something similar .... heat being the variable. To control humidity as I pull in wet vehicles from rain and snow, I add silica packets under the cover to minimize humidity. These can be bought at Lowes in various sizes. I supply heat only when my garage gets below 40 and always the tender for the battery.

Yes..that is one thing I forget to mention. I have two small boxes of sicila gel inside the cover to absorb any moisture. Bought them on ebay. Once the color changes all I have to do is heat in oven for 30minutes and reuse once moisture evaporates.
