Stop lights 2007 k9

Hi can anybody help cant get any stop lights on my 2007 k9 when i pull front brake and press rear is there a fuse ? Have tried bridging out wires at footbrake switch still nothing ? Should stop light also show on tail light above liscense plate too. Or only on lights either side of rear fender help !

No brake light on Liscense plate - sounds like you might have a pinched wire - maybe by the back fender

No brake lights at all

1. Does the bike still have the EHC?

2. As opposed to the brake lights not coming ON is it possible that they're ON all the time? If this might be the case you could open one of the brake lights and check if you have constant voltage, brown wire on the right side or violet on the left...

Ok bud will have a try at that , but not sure if they are , they still flash when indicators flash , soz forgeting this is usa based ( turn signals ). The brake lights aint worked since i got bike , had a look at wiring diagram seems its two powers and one neg. i see one is for tail light one turn but nothing about brake feed. Strange
