I bought my big dog 2 months ago and made my introduction here since then I've been able to ride about an hour I've come to the conclusion that I may have to take out the electronics and replace it with the carburetor 2007 Bulldog I need a lead on some parts perhaps a right control start button and I might need a lead on a Motherboard computer possibly some other things will soon I've got it in with some professionals right now they're going to let me know exactly what I need but they've told me that I need to reach out to the community and try to find some parts but I don't know exactly what parts other than the ones I listed yet. I have taken my tank off twice replace the fuel pump lengthened the fuel line replace the battery replaced the charging system and I'm still having problems like when I try to start it it doesn't work anymore at all I think that's why I need a controller now right handle controller but before I hit the button it'll just honk at me is anyone able to tell me what sort of situation would cause the bike to honk when I try to start it and flashlights?

That's a battery warning when you get honking and flashing lights. Have you had your battery load checked? Take the fully charged battery to an auto store and have it load checked. Sounds like the battery is giving up the ghost!

Flashing Lights and honking is a low voltage indicator.
Your battery needs a minimum of 12.2 volts or the bike will do what you described.
You should have 12.8 volts minimum. If your battery won't maintain 12.8 then replace it.
The PCB board is easy to check. Open up the hand control and test for continuity between the ground pin and each of the button pins on the board. If there is any lack of continuity then it needs to be repaired, WSW can do this for you, or replaced which currently none are available as new.

If you would like direct quick help you can email us at wsworx@gmail.com.

You have mentioned "mother board computer".
Now, there is a HARNESS CONTROLLER and if your bike is fuel injected than you would have a VFI CONTROLLER (computer) there as well! Two different and separate things! By the sound of it you do not need to convert your fuel injected bike to carbureted one.
Do what Curtis said.

So. You took your Dog to Professionals and they told you to find some parts.

My advice. Run back to these goons and get your Dog back before there are real problems. Then do as Curtis suggested.

How much cranking capacity is the battery? That's a new battery you say and a new charging system and how did the battery set off the horn? Did you check the charging system to see if the volt/reg was doing its job too?

Make sure the battery is good, check all the connections in the battery area. Have Curtis check the EHC. Dont jump to conclusions and let someone start hacking on the wiring or electronics.

Give us some more of the symptoms when you try to start it. The the horn just start to honk when you turn the key on? Do you park it inside?

I had to replace the EFI module bike is running now and I have a Walbro fuel pump that I put in there probably didn't have to take out the first place but now I can't find a fuel filter to go on it
