Sticky Enrichener

Whats up fellas? Question, I haven't used enrichener since last winter. Used a little before riding this evening. Had to apply a good bit of pressure to get it partially opened and closed. Is it ok to spray a little silicone or dry lube on the brass piston that goes in top of the carburator ? If not what should I use. Thanks for any info. SL

Im not sure. But I would use something that is for sure rubber friendly. May be a few o-rings that you are binding on.

I would think that you could pull it and clean it with some carb cleaner. I unbolts easily enough.

Or just shoot some WD-40 around the shaft.
