I've been looking on the forum for a "how to take off the back wheel". I'm thinking of having my rear pully done by SuperMax. Anybody with pics of the process? Thanks ...

I dont have a how to, but I can tell you it would be a good idea to tape your pulley up or be extremely careful not to scratch it. And watch you rear caliper when you remove it. Mine was shimmed, you will wont to take note in case if one bolt has more shims than the other (as mine did).

Its pretty straight forward. Raise the rear of the bike, but just enough that there is zero pressure on the tire, it doesn't need to be off the ground yet. This makes it easier to pull the axle. Pull the brake caliper. Take off your axle covers, loosen the adjusters. They are little allen screws that screw into the swingarm and push the axle back. Look in the front side of the "V" in the swingarm. There are 2 set screws in each side, take out the first one completely, then loosen the one behind it. Slide the axle forward to take tension off the belt, and remove the axle nut. Pull the axle, you may need to tap it through with some type of drift, they can get sticky. Pay attention to what axle spacers go where, they will all come out! Slip the belt off the pulley and pull the wheel. 2 sets of hands really helps, especially when pulling the axle.
