Starter solenoid shaft

Cleaning my starter solenoid shaft contacts and was trying to figure out if there was a way to flip the washer contact on the shaft. The other side of the washer looks new. Is it possible to flip the washer instead of sanding it??

Naw you cant flip it....sanding is going to be a temporary fix honestly....i mean it will work for a while but you better get you a solenoid kit coming
