first i have a 2003 chopper
starter relay part# bd4121-1s
first off i think the starter relay is function properly because when i push the start button i have battery voltage at the green wire at the solenoid but starter does not do anything, or make any noise. i think i have a solenoid issue.
my question is, should there be any voltage at the green wire without the start button pushed or even with the key off. mine has something like 8.8 volts at the green wire with the key off. doesnt seem right to me. thanks
