Ok so here's my problem. After about an hour ride I stopped for a few to stretch and went to ride again and started to get a clicking sound when I hit the start button. After a couple clicks I was back up and going again. Stopped for gas about 45 min later, went to start up and nothing but clicking sounds from the Cylonoid. Had to get a push start. My EHC is holding green when I hit the start button. Pls help.

First of ALL make sure all connections are clean & tight (Battery/Starter).

Then, if still having problems.... How old is the Battery? does it holds its charge?

then... charging system... does it function correctly and its charging your battery?

Give us more info, and to go about doing all these checks, it has been widely discussed here in the past... do a search and you will find it.

Battery is only a couple months old and I totally re did the battery cables before myrtle and shrink taped everything I could find. Will check the
Connections at the Cylonoid again. Is their a way to jump the started? Would like to eliminate that. Starter is only 3 yrs old.

Ok guys! I feel like a dumbass! Lol after scratching my head and a lil dwelling I figured out the prob. Terminal (P) on the back side of the starter had come loose! Plugged back in and bingo! Back on the road. TG I took nothing apart! Hope this helps someone else in the future! Check all connections...

That's exactly the very first thing I told you to do... check ALL connections! :2thumbs:

Thanks for letting us know. it's frustrating when people just don't follow through to the end.
