Hey everybody. I had a starter problem as some of you have, not fully engaging and spinning. I started tracing all the wires and found one of the negative cables to the modules by the ecm was really weak at the factory crimp. Cut it off and replaced it. Tach was not working correctly either. After about 4 tries it would kick off. Well now it kicks on first try and it starts instantly. Rode it miles and stoped and started it a dozen times and it is like a new one. Thought it was going to be the starter. Just check all your wires positive and negative. It looked fine but the factory crimp was bad, who would think. Hope it may help somebody. Will be riding without worry for the first time in a long while.
