Hey guys, question... intermittent starting...had bike a few years no problems....pull right PCB board and red wire #4 has been pulled from plug and a homemade wire connecting it to frame.....the board looks good but will only start if I ground that attached wire.. could board be bad or other technical issue beyond my knowledge?.….everything's original....all other buttons work fine, kill, right signal and starter when wire grounded...Ive pulled rubber cover and pressed run button but nothing..Any help appreciated...Keep America Great...

Just pulled my right side control PCB to clean it. Was grounding out and shutting down while I rode. Do you have a pic of homemade wiring to the frame? should be 2 wires soldered to the board for brake sensor and a 5 pin(might be 4) JST connector. Also wild steel worx has the cheapest price on replacement kits

Hey There, I resolved problem ....the start switch failed at some point and previous owner used a wire to short it( pin#4,red wire)...I never used start switch since I had it. Apparently wire came loose and problems started.....it was a 6 prong board. It's a 2004 pitbull and not even sure if it has a brake sensor. Thanks for response....I see wild steel has entire kit for both sides but board other than start works fine...
