Stalling while rolling to a stop???

Mine does this every once in a while. I just figured it was hot. Correct me if I'm wrong, but mine is efi so it should adjust the mixture. Mine will also kind of backfire out of the intake every once in a while when I go to start it. Curious to see if there is a way to stop it.

Chopped, thats correct your system adjust to the required demand...very efficent...I think to get a good reading on everything you need to plug into a computer to verify the system is working properly.

Sure wish there was a posted resolution to this issue, as my k9 is doing this extact same thing now.

Moe my bike does the same thing. However it is usually soon after I start riding then stops. I tend to notice it more my my crankcase breather starts puking oil.

I appreciate the reply. I'm certainly open to ideas.

I don't think it is carb related but I could be wrong. It is very intermittent and it re-fires immediately. I would expect it to be hard starting (flooded or fuel starved) if it was a float or needle and seat issue.

Keep the ideas coming.

MY 07 K9 WAS DOING THE SAME THING , CHECK THE CARB. OK! CHANGE SPARK PLUGS OK!
ALSO COULD BE THE CHANGE TO SUMMER FUELS. I HAVE CHECKED ADDITIVES IN GAS, AND HAVE HAD UP TO 16% CORN OIL.

If your getting a cough sounds to be a bit lean. Plugs look ok? Nevermind I see above you checked it...

No cough here. Just shuts off. All lights and power are still there when it dies. Plugs look great.
