Squeaky

Alright, I need lots of help. Here is just one of the many things. 2003 Chopper, 5000 miles. There is a squeak/squeal from the final belt drive that is so loud its embarrassing. Bought the bike in Jan. 08 with a little squeak. It was at the dealer for one of its many problems shortly after I purchased it. Told them to look at the squeak while it was in there. Anyway to make a long story short after bringing it back 3 times the mechanic was spraying belt dressing on the belt and front pulley. That was the fix!!!! Tried everything else myself. Re aligning the back wheel. Tightening and then loosening the belt (to extremes to be sure). Angling the rear wheel slightly. Taking 150 grit sand paper on a sanding block to belt lightly (wheel off the ground) to break the glaze. Nothing has helped and the squeak is loud. What do I do next besides spraying silicone on it. It is so bad that I ride around with a bar of soap in my pocket to use on the outside sidewall of the belt when its to embarrassing!
It does have a Primo open belt drive on it that was installed by the previous owner. That is fine though, no squeak from that. Could he have installed it improperly and that is affecting the final drive belt.
HELP PLEASE! Thanks

Lol it sure has! Do you think its pulleys instead of the belt? Any help or idea are greatly appreciated!

Another round please
You may have to get teflon coated pullys. That was the usual problem for your year. Use the search tool on here and you will get it figured out.
