ok so a few months ago i posted about a squeak noise, got some great advice to use some soap on the belt and it worked well for awhile but i have had to keep a bar of soap close by to re apply before a ride. now that i have some free time i want to get the belt lined up correctly. i cant find a specific how-to for this. im pretty handy just need some tips and a gentle push in the right direction lol or a link to a how to would be nice. thanks in advance

FWIW, the way I straighten my Pit is this. I first scribed several lines on the end my axle to find center line,(both sides) then with a punch, made a small indent at centerline. Then using a set of dial calipers simply measured from center of axle to the inside of the frame cutout making sure both sides were equal or really close.... +/- .010. After that rotate the wheel backwards an forwards watching to make sure the belt tracks true. No squeeks.
