Question on wiring the yellow wire on the bigdog says it’s the tach wire according to Dakota digital yellow from bigdog goes to green of Dakota but does it come off the doors senor green

I connect my speedo the high beam signal doesn’t show up on speedo and the tach won’t show on speedo and tee I learned it from Dakota instructions my question is is the tach wire on bigdog is yellow and the high beam wire is blue you think those to got reversed my high beam will turn on and off now but doesn’t show up on indicator and no rpms are showing

Are tachs on the bike 12 volt which would make my high beam light up but not show on indicator because wires got reversed

Are bigdog grounds going back to the battery
