im looking for a new speedo and housing... the speedo works on my mastiff but the milage and the trip keeps flashing back and forth.. anyone had this problem and have any answers on how to correct it..

I've swaped out alot of speedo's. Haven't had that problem. Had one that every time you cycled the key the ODO would go back too 0 miles. I have about 6 speedos all are programed with some miles on them. I think I have 1 with 0 miles. PM me if you would like 1.

Hello Tommd, If coolbreeze dos'nt fix ya up, check out Dakota Digital - alot of Dog riders are switching to the straight digital speedo's (get rid of yer speedo problem 4-ever). Dakota gives you a 2 YEAR warrenty / it's fully programable / and its very, very easy to install using your existing cowling, no electrical mods required - just plug it in N ride! your choice of colors - Red or Blue light, O- did I mention it's very, very easy to install! let me know how the speedo issue works out for ya. I just switched mine over a month or so ago ~ the lead display is great at night. The additional trip meter is handy as well. Can finally see the speedo at night. Highly recommend it :up:
